Resource: Clean Energy Savings for All Americans Initiative
The Obama administration announced the Clean Energy Savings for All Initiative in 2016, a cross-government partnership to bring solar power to low and moderate-income families by allowing Americans to achieve solar power with no up-front cost. The goal is a 10X increase and an expansion of the initial target set in the Climate Action Plan to install 100 MW of renewable energy in federally assisted affordable housing by 2020.
