Report – Tax Reforms Could Save Energy, Create Jobs, and Pay for Themselves

The report looks at tax reforms that could be made in six major areas including promoting capital investment in manufacturing, encouraging advanced energy-saving technologies, and rationalizing depreciation schedules.
