Based within the Washington State Community and Technical Colleges system, the Pacific Northwest Center of Excellence for Clean Energy (PNCECE) aims to provide strategic coordination for the energy industry’s skilled workforce in the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Utah.
