Resources that are included in the SEED Center have been reviewed by the TAG and meet the following criteria:
- Accessible and available for colleges to model and/or customize to their local labor markets
- Not to be used as a means to market individual consultants or their products to AACC members
- Promote colleges becoming generally more innovative

Launched in September 2010, the Center for Green Schools builds upon the leadership, partnerships and programming the U.S. Green Building Council started through its Green Schools and Green Campus campaigns. The Center accelerates the transformation of schools and campuses through conversations with key decision-makers, collaboration with education and environmental associations and by offering tools and resources that help make green schools possible. The website features a blog
that periodically highlights how higher education institutions are implementing sustainability programming and training. It also features resources for its LEED Lab
— a multidisciplinary immersion course that utilizes the built environment to educate and prepare students to become green building leaders and sustainability-focused citizens.
The Building Energy Codes Program offers software, available for download and web-based, to assess residential and commercial compliance. This software allows you to generate your own code-compliant insulation and window packages, or choose from pre-defined, prescriptive packages.
