Resources that are included in the SEED Center have been reviewed by the TAG and meet the following criteria:
- Accessible and available for colleges to model and/or customize to their local labor markets
- Not to be used as a means to market individual consultants or their products to AACC members
- Promote colleges becoming generally more innovative

This report focuses on the momentous change that is underway in today’s workforce as the fourth industrial revolution takes place amidst a growing need for a more sustainable future. This report provides insight into current market trends and their potentials in the years to come, plus describes the sorts of changes that need to take place to create a more sustainable future across all job sectors.
This Guide is designed to help leaders and practitioners of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) in improving their understanding and implementation of education for sustainable development (ESD) using a whole-institution approach to greening their institutions. The Guide reflects the objective of the UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for TVET to assist TVET institutions in their journey towards transformation.

Despite overall decline, clean energy remains the biggest job creator across America’s energy sector, employing nearly three times as many workers as work in fossil fuel extraction and generation. More Americans still work in clean energy than work as middle and elementary school teachers, bankers, farmers or real estate agents. Median hourly wages for clean energy jobs also are about 25 percent higher than the national median wage, and also pay better than most fossil fuel extraction jobs.
This report represents how registered voters in the United States view a variety of policies related to international climate action. It is designed to provide context for President Biden’s Leader’s Summit on Climate in April of 2021. The report is useful for understanding current beliefs and concerns of American voters.
The Zero Carbon Action Plan (ZCAP) was launched in early 2020 as an action plan for the U.S. to reach the goal of zero carbon emissions by 2050. it is based on research that explores decarbonizing six key sectors: power, transport, industry, buildings, food and land use, and materials. The report further makes policy recommendations that support the transition of country-wide energy infrastructure transitions to reach carbon neutrality by 2050. It it designed to inform policy-makers, business leaders and civil society across multiple sectors.
Research from Princeton University shows that the transition to green energy, necessary to stop the negative effects of climate change, can create thousands of well-paid jobs for Americans. The study indicates that policies that invest in workers and communities and promote equality will not slow the transition to a carbon zero future. Additionally, by increasing the amount of renewable energy produced in the U.S., the domestic economy will receive a boost. Students and those interested in pursuing a career in renewable energies can get insight into the potential future of the renewable energy industry through these findings.
The U.S. Energy Storage Association (ESA) is the national trade association dedicated to energy storage. Students and educators can find information here about a broad spectrum of energy storage technologies: mechanical, thermal, electrochemical, pumped hydropower, etc. and how they are being used to design a more sustainable energy grid.
Instructors can utilize these graphics in the classroom for visual illustrations of the clean energy career field. The graphics focus on rural areas where clean energy jobs are prevalent, show trends in growth over time, and also depict the extent of job losses during the recent economic downturn. The clean energy jobs represented in these graphics include renewable energy generation, energy efficiency, electrical grid development, clean fuels, and more.
