The SEED Center was originally a program of the American Association of Community Colleges. The Center is now run by the National Council for Workforce Education.
The American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) is a member organization that advocates on behalf of 1,200 community colleges and the nearly 12 million students they serve.
SEED Presidents Advisory Cabinet
The SEED Presidents Advisory Council provided strategic guidance to the SEED Center. It was a select group of community college presidents who initiated visionary green jobs training programs and made sustainability advancements on their own campuses.
