Apprentice/Training from UC Santa Cruz, Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems

Since 1967, This center has offered both academic training and apprenticeships in ecological horticulture, agro-ecology, and organic farming and gardening. Summer sessions are available for educators.
