Fueling a Nation, Feeding the World

This booklet focuses on ethanol as a cleaner and more sustainable alternative to fossil fuels, specifically in the production of food for human consumption and feed manufacturing for animals. This short, 10 page resource will provide educators with a strong argument against the segregation of food and fuel as separate entities in the economic market by depicting how ethanol and specific foods are co-products of the same process.
