The Sustainable Communities Initiative Resource Library houses the products of HUD’s Sustainable Community Initiative Grantees. This online library catalogs local and regional comprehensive plans, model codes, tools, fact sheets, and reports. Browse materials by category: economic development, climate resilience, implementation, equity engagement, performance measures; outcomes, and land use, development investment.
