An initiative of the National Council for Workforce Education, the Sustainability Education and Economic Development Center (SEED) supports community colleges and their partners with curriculum and resources to transform educational programs for a sustainable future.
U.S. Climate Resilience Toolkit
Use this tool when preparing climate change curricular materials or extra-curricular projects for your students. The climate Toolkit provides resources for understanding and addressing climate issues, focusing on climate stressors that threaten people, buildings, natural resources, and local economy. Use the Climate Explorer tool to access map overlays and interactive graphs on current climate change pressures and impacts as well as historical temperatures and precipitation measures across the United States.
As the Sustainability, Education and Economic Development (SEED) Center is a FREE initiative offered by the National Council for Workforce Education, we strive to provide our users with up-to-date information and materials. We encourage you to submit resources or open-source curriculum for possible posting on the SEED Center website.
Note: SEED is managed by a team of higher education experts who vet and curate resources and curriculum. Thus, not all submitted materials will appear on the website.
